I definitely would not have brought a loser from Sanofi on to run the sales force, and bring a bunch of his iodiotic Sanofi buddies with. I also would not have inexplicably expanded it to 800 reps. I would have protected IP better, or at least understood how weak my patents were. Finally, Yes I would have sold to BP any chance I got.
