All Pc reps should nervous including the DbU. Too many..... let there be change. Pc Neuro not selling much anyway

The DBU is fine. No danger at all there. They actually added UPC because they needed more voice for DBU & that was with outside recommendation to add.

The neuroscience side has nothing. Sales are low, Reyvow is a dead drug & Emgality is about to have even tougher competition in an already small space for the class

Change is coming. That’s the Dbu and neuro. Think what you want but both divisions have areas of over staffing. You don’t need overlays in the Dbu. They just do combined calls with established PC reps anyway. Leaner DBU and Neuro. Watch and see.

Again.....Reyvow is a dog. Emgality is not much better. You think the injectable CGRP market will grow now with Nurtec’s indication? I’ll answer for you. Nope. It’ll shrink. Uh oh.
Many territories are happy to get 1 EM NBRX in just one week. Now that’s going to be even tougher.

Again. Anyone on the NSS side should be worried AF. Specialty may have a chance at hanging around since some Neuros prescribe EM....maybe. But again...if you sell Reyvow the clock is ticking for you.


DBU is rock solid. They are actually still under the recommended headcount that Z- Associates recommended in DBU. With the launch of Tirzepatide coming in the beginning of 2022 we want all DBU & UPC involved. Tirzepatide is the most important drug to this company and we will put everything behind it.

Reyvow is the worst drug that I’ve had to sell in my career. It’s a true dog. Barely gets used.
Emgality is a good drug but GD at the PA’s & restrictions to get it covered.
What’s our severance package?

And Lilly is blocking NSS reps trying to move to the DBU. There has been several try to move over.
 












I'm excited for some changes. The only thing I truly wish is that Lilly would change the way they put so much emphasis on side projects. I am so burnt out on these. Every call with my DM be like, "what are you doing, when are you doing it, let's get you involved with this, let's have you take the lead on this project, report back to me on this, we need more, More, MORE!!!"
 






So tired of all of the games and dragging everything out. Just be transparent… Most employees at this organization are conscientious, take pride in their work, and have done the right thing for the organization/ customers. Some transparency and return would be appreciated and respected. It’s pretty simple
