I think it’s pretty obvious to anyone who has eyes that layoffs are coming in DBU because there is a freeze on DSM jobs and only high volume sales territories are being posted. The same exact preparation they did before layoffs in the past to lessen impact.

This can’t come soon enough! My partner needs to retire!
 






At this point I really don’t care about lay offs. I don’t want to go without the money but I’ll find another pharma job.

I hate our system. Most every rep here hates it and will bitch for an hour if you bring it up. We don’t focus on sales. It’s more important how many fake projects you slapped your name on and did you kiss the right manager’s ass to win your subjective award that isn’t based on best performance.

Team Lilly has created the opposite affect. No one gives a flying F and most people secretly hate each other because of the subjective promotions and awards. And people quit even trying because it isn’t about who had the best performance or who even impacted the area. It’s all about did you kiss the voting DMs ass and do enough of their bitch work

This guy is dropping the truth. Post of the year award goes to this post. For me personally I completely agree and I have to admit that I am burnt out from projects and being apart of other people's projects.
