That said, there has already been some blood letting from the V&A team. Let’s be honest. The whole health system plan has done little to nothing. Big sales force with little return. There are sole good KAMS but what do they really do? We should combine them with the SAR team and then cut them in 1/2. No need for all the headcount or the overpaid CBD’s who are only looking for a shot to write a contract with a system. Hint…ain’t gonna happen no matter how many exploratory meetings you have. The V&A team doesn’t have that level of data capture or infrastructure. And gross to net is rough enough. Do you think anyone responsible wants to eat into our net sales any deeper? The company is looking for ways to SAVE money, not spend more.

As for V&A, you can eliminate some of the directors and higher. Too many of them and no clarity on what they actually do. Plus, they’re all pulling in well over $240,000+ with a decent VPR % target.

CBD’s are always looking for opportunities to contract. Most of them think a ‘contract’ will make them a better CBD on their MAG plan. No consideration for the ability to actually manage the contract and whether or not it will be a good business decision for the organization.
