The true moron is the one wanting to expand. It’s a cycle most drug companies have gone through for many years. Add more reps, drug fails, layoff reps. Wash, rinse, repeat.
 








We are expanding cause Lilly about to crush us. It’s a Hail Mary

From experience, it’s not the number of reps in the field, it’s the coverage for the drug and the drug’s efficacy and tolerability. No number of reps can make up for a drug that is not best in class, or at least close enough to be Rx when cost is an issue.
