I’ve read the new complaint online and and looks like there’s a lot of substance and real facts. I wouldn’t call that disgruntled. I’d call that accurate and truth. Looks like State of Fl has jumped in for the Medicaid Fraud division as well.
 


















My God! Could these two cartoon characters be any more pathetic? CP & MH set up a chat board in the desperate hope they intimidate the company to settle their phoney claims. If they knew how serious the company is to standing up against sleazesisters like these two toxic twins. CP multiple lawsuits against the company have been dismissed by every investigator and judge who have reviewed her flim-flamery phony fraudulent fantasies of fakery. Look at her laundry list of litigation in the Polk County Clerk of Court. She has a record of lawsuits three going back to when she was 18 years old. Since CP is clearly pushing 60…..CP is proof that anyone can sue anyone, for any reason - no matter how weak your case may be. Just like all the Botox in that frozen clown face of hers can’t change the fact that her face looks like it was ripped off by a German Shepherd and sewn back on inside out and upside down - and just like the OIG thought her case was not worth their time - CP can make all the accusations she wants but in court her facts aren’t facts - and all the people she made allegations against can’t wait to testify against her in court. CP may have alimony money to burn with the hopes of trying to hit the lottery - and abstracting out the fact the government decided to NOT co-join her in her lawsuit. Denied! Again, she has repeatedly insisted the government has co-joined her in her lawsuits. The government declined to co-join her in both of her lawsuits and now she actually has to try to come up with facts - which is not going to go well for her. As the judge said from her last sham complaint “Your complaint is rife with conclusory allegations”. Fundamentally, CP is just lazy. The company that gave her a chance found out you can’t fix lazy. Her laziness and haggard self is reflected in her complaint. She didn’t even take the time to come up with something more creative, other than making a bunch of false allegations and hoping that something sticks. The company is not going to settle and they shouldn’t. CP better get ready to pay her lawyers. She is going to lose both of her lawsuits. Her lawyers won’t play. They will want payment IMMEDIATELY. My guess is CP will hide her alimony assets, declare bankruptcy and blame anyone and everyone for her predictable and never ending dishonest and shady actions. Just ask her ex-husband, father-in-law, and co-workers at WHH. No one other than her lawyers and the local Polk county Medtronic rep - who is her best buddy - is cheering her on. CP is an epic disaster.
