Dismissed. No merit. Per the trial judge.
 






























This is great for the case
Whoever you are saying dismissed doesn’t know law at all.
The judge said “hey bio, im not buying what your selling” and could have dismissed entire case but instead said, I want ALL facts and ALL proof. They will amend complaint per the judges request. And will be even worse for Bio
This time around.

you must be the accused party saying dismissed
Only a loser such as yourself would be so quick to be defensive of your fraudulent actions.
You’ve gotten away with buying business too long, and the time has come.

Yeah, I am sure you are correct law guy. She waited two years before she REALLY put in the bad stuff. Didn't want to lead with it. You don't forget to put in the facts and documents that are going to seal the deal when you file.

she has no legal fees. The US federal attorneys do not charge whistle blowers. They also have over 90% conviction rate. So maybe don’t gloat yet. Maybe it will get thrown out. Maybe it won’t. Truth is BIOTRONIK tolerates behavior like this as long as you deliver results. They will always look the other way. It’s the culture. If Dan Schlewitz, one of the most honest guys I’ve ever met, couldn’t change the culture. It won’t change. Marlou just doubled down. So...... it’s over. They will not come out of Covid in a good spot.

you sound like the idiot. Lawyers decide what to lead with, not the plaintiffs. Everything is lawyer driven. And she didn’t wait 2 years. Sh*t takes time in the courts and with lawyers.
