It just kills me how many of the CRM reps get on here and throw rocks a glass houses, it really does. The whole CRM industry is in decline and its looking bleaker, not brighter. Every company has been found guilty of crossing over the line with physician consultation, clinical studies, failure to report issues and grossly using EP's can cardiologists to maintain their importance and relevance. If something ever happend in Vegas, which I have not seen or heard provable facts that it did, I would imagine that the people responsible would not be with the company as that is usually the first thing to go. Every CRM company should be concerned as a sector and what rules apply and are followed. Please do not be so naive to think that this piddly event is any larger than those performed and investigated by the big 3. The smaller 2 know where they are too in this mess. Be happy you have a job and that we can still make a living in this CRM marketplace. I just hope it stays that way but am afraid its about to become much worse through regulation and cutbacks in every aspect of the word for out industry. Just the facts and Im sure the FDA and DJ have looked into everything and have all the companies on their best behavior where any reps that even shed a light of non compliance will be removed from their environments quickly and permanently. The risk is too great to make this worse than it is already.
