The packages are awful unless you’re a VP.

I don’t see why everyone at Karyo isn’t interviewing. The grass is much greener elsewhere.

I'm all ears...who is currently hiring/building out? I don't want to go to big pharma and there are not really any good start up building outs happening right now. At least for the field folks it's really dependent on having a local vacancy at a good company which are few and far between. People are not leaving the good biotechs so the opportunities are not great.

Look at you sitting on your high horse. Stay on this sinking ship until you get your terrible package while your CCO actively interviews with any company that will consider her.

Understand this: anyone staying at Karyo deserves the terrible package and treatment. This is a free country. Get a better job.

Most of us are on the same horse. Big pharma sucks…been lucky enough to be bought a few times and their cultures are awful and quite frankly they don’t pay well if you are willing trying to join them.

This place isn’t perfect but it pays until it doesn’t and when it doesn’t I’ll find something else. No need to rush.

Also who cares what our CCO is doing? Has no effect on any of us in the field if she stays or leaves.
You seem to have a ax to grind…weird. It’s just a job, it’s not your life.
 




Speaking of awful cultures-this place has the worst. Never thought it could be worse than MK, SS, or the three legged stool; boy were we wrong. RP and SC proved us all wrong!
