What about access? Our launches suck because our lack of access and speciality pharmacy coverage, and the truth of it, have NO PLAN accept to WAIT until we magically have coverage, huh? Then you just blame the field, and not the leaders. Get on this early, don't take no for an answer. It is true, they have no idea what they are doing, shockingly so.

LOL, no. She was one of the initial Karuna people. She realized a huge equity win from the buyout and is set for life. The 14 billion dollar buyout made her and any of the original Karuna people very wealthy.

Just because you have "25 years in the business with 15+ in psych, including four antipsychotics," doesn't mean you were the best candidate, and it also doesn't mean you are not a great candidate. With that type of experience, you most likely got the invite for the interview because of it, but somewhere in the process, you were beaten out. However, these positions were highly competitive, so perhaps you had a bad day at the interviews, and your competition was a better fit. It happened to me...I am solid at the same experience level on paper, and a few Pclub wins are scattered throughout my history. I just found out who got the position I was going for, and they are fantastic, so they had several great candidates to choose from. Happens, so on to the next opportunity.

BMS paid 14.5 billion to purchase the drug so our goals will be through the roof and we’ll be under the gun for scrips, no doubt. At over 14 billion acquisition costs, I don’t think BMS will want to patiently wait around for 15 years to recoup that money.

The number is over a billion in the first year. This is going to be a mess and the expectations are delusional. If you choose to ignore the writing on the wall because it makes you feel uncomfortable, well I don't know what the hell to tell you.
 




















lots of the managers and reps who took these jobs were desperate for a job. I get it it’s worth the risk when in that situation. However, dont Have any illusions Of this place being anything but big Pharma with high amounts of micro mgmt.
