BID vs QD is obviously a big thing when all else is the same. KarXT has an entirely different new MOA than all the other atypicals so will not directly be competing with them. They’ll be picking up the refractory patients after they have failed on all those QD classic atypicals.

Say you know nothing about antipsychotics without saying you know nothing. Most of them start out as BID dosing. That’s been common so this won’t be shocking to the mental health community. You sound like someone that didn’t even get an interview. Jealous much?

I know I'm not alone. I've been interviewing for this launch sine the end of March. My last interview was with the Hiring Manager three weeks ago and the last thing the Mgr said to me was, "You are a very strong candidate. I know you've been in this process for months, but if you are OK with this taking EVEN more time, then you will be moving forward. I just can't tell you how much longer." I feel like there's no way I'm still being considered, despite what I was told. Just throwing this out there. Flame away!

If you were interviewing in March, you were being interviewed long before the managers were even hired. Haha

I am hearing rumors that generics are going to be ready to file for this drug shortly following the (assumed) approval in September. IP for KarXT apparently has some issues.

No Abbvie will be the next one to get approved but that will be 18-24 months out. The hiring process has been a hot mess.

Sorry to say you got ghosted, just like many of us if you have not heard back.

Yes frustrating. They give the talk of how great of a candidate you are and that you will here back from them within 1-2 weeks and then they ghost you. Very unprofessional of them.

Wow! If that’s true shame on them. I drove 4.5hrs for an in person panel interview and I’m sure others have or even flown. Waste of time if that’s the case. I sent a follow up email and haven’t heard anything. I don’t need to work for a company like this if this is how their communication is. Very unprofessional.
