You mean how Mirati was brought in for a Town Hall where they were celebrated and told no changes would be made for quite some time......and then less than 2 weeks later a large percentage of them were laid off???? Yes - that will happen with Karuna as well. Welcome to BMS.

Just an FYI but most Mirati employees who are now at BMS are just waiting to be given their severance. They made out pretty sweet with the purchase of their organization and they all hate it here. Believe me I work very closely with a few of them and they are all miserable here. BMS is a toxic waste dump

Hopefully BMS gets this right with Psych. Hire managers with experience. We are seeing we can't buy a rare disease drug like Camyzos and put our same crappy BMS management and marketing team to attempt to help the reps. The reps are doing pretty darn good with no one above them that has a clue. Hopefully they don't follow the same plan..

Ummmm, didn't we do that with derm and hired all these managers and reps with "experience" and that has also been a miserable failure. How about just hiring managers with leadership, empathy and vision and reps that are smart, experienced in general and work hard?
