Judge OKs $99 Million Overtime Settlement For More Than 7,000 Novartis Sales Reps

True justice would be if Novartis is able to get the decision turned over and the lawyers lose most of their windfall.

That may be true, but the $'s will still come out of Sales' hide somehow. This is NOT a win for the sales force any way you look at it.

Have you not heard??? Majority of the sales force is gone and it will only be a ittle while until the rest is!

The deal is final. It stipulated that any Supreme Court decision would not affect the settlement. Novartis cannot appeal. Plaintiffs have until the end of the month to do so. Checks will be processed and sent by Rust Consulting the end of July. CASE CLOSED. Move on to something else.

That's too bad. I'm in the field and willingly will take every penny, especially how they screwed with our bonuses over the years. Time to pay up!!!
