Like NVS does filing suits against legit generic mfg's that file NDA's when patents expire?
Except of course when NVS / Sandoz files suits to break legit patents of other co's that is.

Outside of product liability NVS probably files 10x the # of suits Vs what's filed against them. Imagine that you tool.

It is so unfair. Can you believe note pads were once allowed to be given to offices? Can you imagine the incredible amount of influence and pressure on docs to write their prescriptions. This is truly unfettered capitalism at its worst.
 












That Diovan pen made a world of difference, so did the 1000's of other pens.
Let's not forget the 100's of mugs, or exam room paper, note pads, business card holders the list goes on. All I can say is who cares.
