Thank you thank you thank you for posting such an unbiased and credible post. Now that an unbiased person who is an expert at the FDA has given their perspective we all can now quit our jobs at ZS and look for another job. Sorry for your CRL, but even when you correct those issues and finally get approved, probably in another 6 months to a year, you'll still have issues with edema and hypertension! I tried to warn you!!!!
They may keep the reps around for awhile in case they get lucky and it's not the year+ it may be to get the drug on the market. Many of the reps will start looking. Unless they have them start selling an AZ drug in the interim just to earn their keep.
