This is another shell game. This industry as a whole has gone straight to hell. If you're in the 25-30 year old range it sounds like a good gig and the money is right. Beware, you will wake up one day in your late 40's, laid off, and not being able to find another position, anywhere. The best play is to head straight for the management track, grow a pair of horns and learn to suck as much ass as possible to save yourself and shit on others. Otherwise, change your course and save yourself.

No one was hired. Drug not even approved yet. AZ aquisition finalization will be faster and AZ does not pay the high salaries that ZS was offering by a long shot or car allowance.

Go back on ZS Career Site and the job you interviewed for is there...before they combine officially with already employed AZ reps.

And everyone with the same BS canned answer 'we are going in a different direction.' Insulting. Waste of our time. Hope ALL those new DM's and RD's get their asses canned.

Hey loser, just so everybody else reading this knows the facts, and your post is completely false information. I got the written job offer signed,sent back, and also I have already completed my background check and drug screen. There are no contingencies on approval etc. in my contract. The only contingency was my background check and passing my drug screening. Additionally,I already have dates set for first meetings with the company training , initial regional meetings, etc. Just because you didn't get the job offer doesn't mean you have to come on here and state completely false information to make yourself feel better. You're a loser and there's a reason you didn't get the job offer. I start April 4. Everybody that actually got the job offer in writing and are hired and start April 4, are not the people that are coming on Café Pharma and posting shit. The only reason I'm making this post is because I came across this thread while googling something and figured I would make a factual post to clear the air for any of you that are still wondering and in the process still. There were many people that were complete shit heads down in Florida for the final stage interviews and there are managers that are still hiring for specific territories because of that as a second round for those positions that were not filled. But 95% of the positions are filled with contracts signed and completed at this point.
 






I also got my written offer and agreement, and already completed drug testing as well. the pay has not changed, base salaries , bonus and ,car allowance, sign on bonus, and stock options all staying the same. It's all written out in my contract. So whoever is making the negative posts on here, must be somebody that did not get offered the job and is sour. And to put down the product now too because you didn't get the job? Get a life. This agent is going to kick ass, why do you think AZ spent 2.6 billion on it. You're just pissed off you didn't get the job are trying to degrade the company and agent now. I've been working in cardiology for 15 years, and all of my personal cardiology friends are waiting till the day we launch because they need it. This agent fills a true void and is NOT a typical new pharma me too launch. The agent is the reason I took this job. Oh,and the pay,company culture,and benefits. They're paying us a lot of money, because they know they got the best of the best,and that's what they were interviewing for.

Best of the best in Pharma is like calling yourself the smartest person in a class of idiots! Get over self, you have a 18 month Pharma job just like everyone else in this industry.
