I see you're still annoyed that you didn't get the job offer. Many of the people hired are actually coming back from the shitty device world back to a high-paying Pharma biotech position, which this is. If you want to tell yourself it's an 18 month pharma job, go ahead, if that makes you feel better. Go back to being pissed off that your base salary is 75K where you currently are, ( unless your layer off which you probably are) and you can't get a job like the ones that we've been offered here. go back to being pissed off that your base salary is 70k and you can't get a job like the ones that we've been offered. Lol. Loser.

I'm not being brutal to people that didn't get the job,I'm being brutal to the person that is on here posting a bunch of non-factual comments bashing the company, the process etc. because they did not get the job offer. Read the context of the posts more closely before you give your opinion.

There were many people that were complete shit heads down in Florida for the final stage interviews and there are managers that are still hiring for specific territories because of that as a second round for those positions that were not filled. But 95% of the positions are filled with contracts signed and completed at this point.

Really appreciate all the info. Just curious about Heath benefits? I have a crap hsa plan and I'm really hoping they are offering better. Any insight would really be appreciated.

You are back from the device world because you couldn't cut it, only the really good sales reps have survived in the device world. And trust me, this gig will not last past 18 months I promise!

Lol. I am/ was a top performer for 9 years in medical device. The money is not the same as it used to be and being in scrubbed in cases every day sucks. And the service burden is a nightmare with patients. The device companies in all sectors want you to do the same Amount of work for half the amount of money than it was three or four years ago. Again, if it makes you feel better to put this job down and say it's going to last 18 months and the device people are here because We couldn't cut it, if that helps you sleep at night then go ahead and post whatever you want to post. The bottom line is you still didn't get the job here and you were going for it for some reason right? Is there a reason you're on here posting negative things about this company and these positions for a job you say is only going to last 18 months? Why were you applying for it ? Why are you here continuously posting? Why do you care? Like I said, it's because you didn't get the position and your sour and Now are acting like a little eight-year-old schoolgirl. Loser

From what I hear about the Device industry these days, this is accurate. My manager had a position to fill last year and interviewed a couple of unemployed former Device reps. They told her the same things you described in your post. They spoke about the cut in compensation vs a few years back. They also spoke about layoffs. A buddy of mine who is in Diagnostics, currently with Thermo Fischer, told me that many former Device reps are now working in Lab sales because that's where the better compensation is these days vs Device. The same would be true for Specialty Pharma & Biotech vs Device, in general. Times have changed.

I work for AZ and I promise you as soon as the 18 months ZS and AZ negotiated is up you will be out. AZ will never keep you at your pay grade and that is a fact not speculation!

Great, now we have disgruntled AZ reps pissed of they could not make the move over and stuck at their 90K base with 22K bonus after 15 years with the company. Thanks for the information. We will all now go quit our ZS jobs due to your post. It was very helpful!

Oh no you will get approved! Do your homework, but only for acute use! There is no way ZS-9 will be approved for chronic therapy in CHF with your salt upload, edema and elevated hypertension! Not to mention the fact that your long term data is horrendous! Good luck!

Yeah, our data so horrible and the Edema and hypertension is so bad that AZ paid $2.6 billion for us. LOL. You know more about the background clinical data etc. than all upper leadership at AstraZeneca. No, your data is so bad you only filed your Acute data with the FDA. And as far as AstraZeneca goes, they were the only bidder to make an offer without it being contingent on approval! Rascal let his greed get ahead of his brains!
