JH "a proven, inspiring leader"

But hold up... Lib lung cancer finally hit 4% share... wooo hooooo!

Might be at 5% now but who knows what's true. It changes all the time and we dont get all the numbers. Keep JH away from oncology clinics. Obvious this guy never sold a thing and barely knows the product. Best thing he does is tell jokes to staff and carry coffee canisters

A few weeks ago my RD said re-org is on the way. JH is being moved somewhere else after all the damage has been done. Buckle your seat all!

JH isn't responsible for the whole mess, his predecessor contributed more than his fair share. Len and Marion will hire anyone with Keytruda experience on their resume, but does marketing the first PD-1 inhibitor to market with earth shattering clinical data really prepare you to launch Libtayo (which is actually quite a good drug)?...Well we are now 0-2

True on most points. As bad as the predecessor was (EB?) that guy had no keytruda experience. He left Merck before launch. JH barely touched keytruda. I think whoever mentioned above is right. JH was so bad they ran his ass out. maybe whoever hired him thought he was 'inspirational'... Dry as dust, never knows what he's talking about, says anything that might stick, doesn't fool anyone. A few people on the SHO team have worked with Key or competitors (actually, its fact). Maybe a few do seem to get it. At least one of those guys knows this stuff deep... The RDs were all impressed and thought he was next in line. But for some reason he was pushed to international 'special project'.... God save the queen....

Has anyone volunteered to work at ASCO? You will be invited to the team reception and be warned JH will give a usual boring speech. Say what you want but Len's and George's speeches makes JH look like Elmer Fudd. Not all his fault, his nature and personality and never sold or took training on how to speak to sales force. Just think about the last painful POA speech. If he says "get ready to become the oncology powerhouse" save yourself from laughing in the room and walk out. If his speech goes +5 he's only trying to prove he's the smartest guy in the crowd

agree but JH brought in his people to run marketing. this has to be the most incompetent team I have seen and the direction on messages is always lukewarm. several rounds of changes and tinerking on sales management and the whole syneos debacle is baffling. Trainers are nice people but need instruction from marketing who are a second or third rate group. JHs predecessor did make mistakes but JH has made changes and launched lung combo. Predecessor wasn't as schizo and didn't change month to month like Holko. Since this msg post began in Jan we finally broke the $1B yearly sales line. It only took 7 years. Numbers have been like a murder mystery for this product Rest of the class still growing and TBH we have been standing in place absorbing market trend with some loyal docs. sorry to soudns like another piece on JH hate. Not meant to be that but. It's not just him.... this is all a joke

It’s not just JH , most managers in charge came from big pharma and don’t have a clue how to work in biotech. Stay out of the accounts and let reps handle the accounts. They know best. Accounts don’t want to see 3 or 4 people from Regeneron in the offices. They want 2 points of contact. Rep and reimbursement specialist. That’s it. They don’t want rep triggered emails filling up their feeds and they don’t want to go out with key account managers for dinner who are just racking up points for personal trips with their travel. Most of us are interviewing to get out. Several hematology reps took the job to have something until something better came a long. We were all hopeful that this division would be successful. Not going to happen until egos get out of the way and reps are allowed to do what they do best.
Regeneron has absolutely zero respect for reps. In meetings , they have the managers present what happened in the account instead of the rep that made it happen. Someone always trying to impress. The reps are not happy. Give credit where credit is due. I’m looking and I know most of my team is , as well. Too experienced for primary care.

damn straight biotech takes a special breed. part of the challeng in oncology is knowing the customer and how he he or she thinks and how to covert that to usage is experience in last 5 to 8 years best learned in big pharma immuno oncology. Amgen and gilead aren't really biotechs anymore and struggling to get oncology fired up again. besides last I checked around regeneron few reps and no marketers have worked for large cancer biotechs or even small ones. Anotherproblem is justin and most of his leadershp team never really got oncology customer knowleege in their past lives. Been out with a few leaders and with JH. Im blown away on the little they know. JH and some of his cronies talk a good game but really are clueless... head of marketing was fired at BMS, glaxo and merck because she watned to learn marketing but is only a payor lady, and not even a good one. all talk with piss poor results

The mess in oncology is not to different than the mess in ophthalmology. Marion calls the shots based on what Len expects which doesn’t generally make much business sense (we don’t need reps for these best in class products mindset). Being a multi billionaire founder doesn’t mean you have a clue about what the customer base thinks.

Ok you idiots driving me nuts. can we all stop pisssing among ourselves? Why don't some one or a few of you complain to L&G and the head of HR? At the next POA or regeneron cup? Get this off your scrawny asses and pathetic chests? You all sound like babies. Don't the HR team talk about safe to speak up and all that bullshit? just be ready for nothing different to happen.. commercial is the weakest part of the company and this ain't changing. End of story. Just deal with this shit since you pathetic losers get paid even when having shitty leaders and even if the boat were to sink. work somewhere else at regeeneron or elsewhere. Period

Which brings me t a question maybe for another board. Are the commercial leaders here seriously that weak? Can't L&G seriously not find a better commercial lead for oncology or for the whole company? yeah, she's pretty weak too.... is dupi and eyelea same better or worse?

Hey asshole can you at least agree that we get paid way too much to not get credit for making shit happen in the accounts. Another key point you are missing is that It's not all about pay. If my remit is account management that is what I will do. I took this job to drive the business and get the credit for it. Most of the RDs also know this but their hands are foreced. Besides some RDs and sales leaders no idiot marketer or other leaders on this team knows what it takes. Give us some credit and stop saying we are whining and just to accept our juicy paycheck

Agree that this business is lost. Justin has prided himself by saying Len and George got his back with "100% full faith" which really says something about how he can get others to believe he knows what he is doing. Many of us know the truth. I think the guy is insecure and manipulative. dangerous combination
