I have a goal for HD, it isn’t even close to attainable

Mine is a joke. What about the 30 percent component. Even if you do well if others on the team don’t that effects your money!

Such bullshit on how sales goals and bonus plan works here. My HD goal has not happeneed, and will not. Can someone fire the SFE and incentive people? And please fire the incompetent commercial leaders at Regeneron. We keep hearing about how freaking terrible this guy is. But they all have to go and we need to start new if there is a future to be had!

We haven’t gotten the goals for Q1? The goals are barely attainable and the data is questionable.

Abby C has her fingers in the IC mess doing Len’s dirty work. Then again, HD will not be what 2mg was

incentive planning goes way beyond Abby, even if she is one of Len's favorites... Kevin needs to approve as does MM before Len sees anything. She does have a fair amount of charisma, so that's probably the big theme. Commercial leadership is all show and razzmatazz, and little substance. This JH guys must be the same, whoever started thsi string that's what they were gong for, right?

This clown is Len’s boy. Len bypassed MM and brought in this stuffed shirt after EB’s departure. Never sold in oncology, never managed a commercial team. Makes stage presentations in a hoodie. A complete clown. Hired a bunch of yes men (and women); Jason M, Andre S, Jacky S, Steve G, Steve F (he lasted a year). Publicly said he hopes the company becomes like Merck. Watch your back around these snakes.
