Most religious text won't specifically call out vaccines by name since they were written thousands of years ago. But many do mention things like keeping your body pure, not mixing blood, protecting life, etc
The law doesn't state a person needs to belong to a specific religion and its not really lawful for an employer to ask what religion you are. As long as it is a "sincere and genuine" belief you have then your exemption is justified.
Most vaccines include an ingredient from fetal tissues. It is this ingredient, not the idea of vaccines that some have successfully used a religious exemption.
