I received no such email. I would not honor it if I did, and I would report whoever sent it to my manager and compliance if they tried to insist. Lying to our customers is not good customer service, and just plain wrong.

Who are you? No such email. Kudos to our IT folks AND our Lab techs for handling this with such professionalism.. Was seamless to my clients, who by the way are impressed with how we handled this and took great care of their patients..

Dude, although impact occurred at a system level our clients were not impacted. 99.9% of our clients are closed Friday's 6p EDT (3p PDT) until Monday 10a....
