The open positions have nothing to do with those who lost their job last week. There are several! Your fake news.
My response is to the post "There are no HSBS positions posted." That is an accurate statement and does not reflect the circumstances surrounding the positions. In terms of "insulting". Right back at you!The open positions have nothing to do with those who lost their job last week.
You're insulting! Continue to live under a rock until it happens to you!

I hope you are not correct but it's hard to argue your point. I have always chosen to look for the best from people and believe in the messages delivered by our "leaders". Saying nothing would be better than lying. This is sickening. If they didn’t tell The HSBS sales force the truth what makes you think they they would tell other sales forces everything that’s coming.

Not external. Look outside of your company issued devices. There are several! Your fake news.
YesSo what was the final head count of HSBS reps that were displaced last week? Were they just the one’s whose health systems were no longer declared a priority?
The salaries of the HSBSs that got cut could have easily been paid outta the money that they are wasting by having national sales meetings in Dec. This is terrible!!!! How does management explain this?!?!
I wish only the best for those that were let go. But since when does a national sales meeting have anything to do with keeping jobs? Sales meeting budgets will never mean more jobs. Two totally separate schools of thought. Sorry about anyone losing a job, but this statement is grasping at strawsThe salaries of the HSBSs that got cut could have easily been paid outta the money that they are wasting by having national sales meetings in Dec. We're a sales organization. We have sales meetings. The jobs would have been eliminated regardless. We are a whole new arm of the company now. They want to put a bow on it. Your anger is misplace, imo. And I could care less if there is a meeting or not.If BI would manage their money more effectively, they wouldn’t need to reduce jobs! There is absolutely no reason for a national sales meeting in December - it is a complete waste of money. If you don’t understand that financial waste is a negative than you are a complete imbecile. Just because there is a separate budget for meetings vs salaries doesn’t change anything. Waste is waste.

We are sorry you lost your job. Go have a drink! We’re a business and the goal is to make a profit. Wasteful spending affects the bottom line. Meetings aren’t paid for by money that’s grown on some special money tree.
Ask yourself...are you angry because there is a meeting, or because there will be a meeting and you won't be there? There will be a day when you realize you are better off at your new job, trust me!If BI would manage their money more effectively, they wouldn’t need to reduce jobs!
