I have heard/seen( email originating from a SRD in the west to RD in West) in the Ranexa sales division, SRD,s and RD's have the ability to shift goals. Example shift a portion of one regional members goal (Gilead higher)to another members goal. (old CVT employee) This seems to create an environment to justify and expedite sales rep being place on PIP. Is this common throughtout all of Gilead? is this limited disproportionately to old legacy CVT reps?
Is that common in the big Pharma arena?
