Hmmmm...... Do you really think the new CEO and president joined Iroko to build a company? If you are a rep, life is about to get misrible. The new leadership is there for one reason and one reason only. The investors brought them in to squeeze every penny out of the company, which means you are going to have sales quotas that you can't imagine. You will have a set number of docs that you must call on every week and you will be working your ass off. Even if you make all of your calls and still miss you numbers, you will be fired. The cushy days of CES are over and don't think that she will be there to protect you. Odds are she will not be around much longer.

If you are skeptical that this is true, read through this thread. Everything that was said months ago has come true. But then again, you were warned months ago to start interviewing to protect you and your family. Good luck in your job search. It is not too late to land on your feet at a good company.

Over 10k actually!! Do your research people, you will be amazed at what you can find on a search. This is just a short term fix until z is sold as a generic and stockholders can make some money back.

Never said they were ruthless. Their track record shows they know how to make money. The only way to make money is the reps are going to have to work hard. A forgein concept for many of the reps and their management. Just wait... you'll see soon enough. It will not be for the faint of heart.

Definitely Horizon Pharma business strategy coming...get ready for Todd and Ben to implement the use of specialty pharmacies because there's about to be a crazy price increase! No doubt they'll be taking another page out of their book and adopting a cut throat mentality for the reps. Metrics of 12 calls a day, with a minimum of 8 signatures...and if numbers aren't where they need to be within 2-3 quarters you'll be pushed out...and have fun with Wiener, not sure how he fleeced his way in the door since he was pushed out and let go from Horizon himself lol!!!!

Watch.... their next move will be to slash the marketing budget. Then they will jack up the price and take advantage of the system.

Today, you should look in the mirror and ask yourself it you really want to stay at Iroko. If you look at the new leadership's track record they are going to jack up the price of our drugs to a crazy high price. They did the same thing at Horizon and Novum. This will put a stain on your resume for the rest of your career as you will never want to tell people that you worked here.

Our individual performance is being ranked in comparison to other people on our team. If you are on the bottom, you will be fired. These guys are not interested in winning an award to make Iroko a great place to work. They are scavengers, like vultures, and will pick all the meat off the bones of Iroko. They will not use you like a pawn, you are a pawn. Their only strategy is to do whatever it takes to make money. That is how they get paid.

Iroko will not be around much longer. Do the minimum that you have to do so you don't wind up on the bottom of your region. Spend your time getting a new job. Protect your families and career and get out!
