InVentiv recruiters are the WORST

All recruiters, inventive probably the worst though, are only in it for them to make a buck. They get paid to place the candidate, so they love you when they need you and ignore you when they don't.... just that simple folks
 




VICTORIA is a useless piece of work. She too did not respond back to me when I was only seeking an update on a few discussions. I have since being displaced with SA found a permanent position with a pharma company and I would never again find employment with inVentiv. They are lying morons. Lied to begin with during the hiring process. For those considering working with inVentiv - you are better off working out of pharma if you're only choice is inVentiv. You'll be jumping from jobs to jobs if you stay with them.
EVen the ERM from inVentiv sucks rotten eggs.

I can understand they may not be able tell us any insider info., but cant they reply (even with a generic reply) that they are aware you exist.

Same here and she has been like that ever since she left her DM position to become a recruiter.
 
















I have found the recruiters to be incompetent in their communication abilities and professionalism. There is no accountability and seemingly indifference in their attitudes.I have found good ones but a lot of bums!!!!
 




BUMS IS CORRECT! The one for my area is horrible absolutly horrible. She is rude, inconsistent, and false-promising as well!

Gess is a perfect last name since SHE IS CLUELESS!!!!

My recruiter, Tammy Booth, still has yet to call me. I didn't even try to get placed again with Ventiv, their customer service is really lacking. They were not looking out for us AT ALL with the sanofi contract, just kept feeding us bs. Got another permanent position with another pharma company and have already gotten more communication and better treatment in the TWO DAYS I've been on staff. Ventiv is just going to look after the Big pharma they partner with NOT THE REPS. Wake up, people.

I've worked with Tammy Booth numerous times and she's always gotten back to me, even though she didn't have a job to discuss. Stop whining! You have to do your part too. I've been on two inVentiv contract and if I don't hear from the recruiter I'll email her every 3-4 weeks just to let her know I'm still looking. Give the Recruiters a break, they're people too and trying to get back to everyone. If she hasn't call you email her at tbooth@inventivhealth.com. Sometimes you just have to be the squeaky wheel. You sound angry. It's not just pharma having a bad time, the entire economy is in a shit hole. You just have to try and be more creative to land opportunities for yourself. If you don't know this yet then you need to wake up.

Squeaky wheel bs...I had contacted my recruiter...repetitively...she was rude and ingorant...Her number 1 canned response was I will contact you if you fit the profile.
Well if you are an inventiv rep...you will not fit the profile...I fit the profile on three
different jobs...so I responded my interest via email...I would then either receive no response...or I would get a response back that my background was not appropriate...Then I would find out that she hired someone from Big Pharma with very little experience,...spare me....MY questions is who do these people work for....they certainly don't work for
inventiv reps...that is pretty apparent by the way they spit all over reps coming off
of contacts...I want to know what qualifications it takes to become one of these
recruiters...I am guessing that being cold hearted, manipulative, professional liars, with
no souls at the top of list. I am eagerly waiting the day that the one assigned to my
region is let go. When it happens I hope that she is treated as poorly by upper level
management as she has treated so many of us. What goes around comes around..

We have been shortchanged bigtime by Endo.
Now "our" inventiv recruiters continually tell me/us that our contract cos. only want inexperienced reps. Real nice.

One rep from our district went on STD two weeks ago, and boy has he been smart. The rst of us chumps have been hung out to dry.

Believe me, if I ever get on another inventiv contract again, I will definitely go on STD toward the contract ending. For Sure !!!

Funny that you should mention this now. I also know a rep who also went on Std, and this person at least still has a JOB now !!!!


So much for the recruiter "assistance"............. WHAT assistance ??

Because she couldn't hack it as a DM. The DM job didn't allow her to spend days at a time with her small child. Now she does, at the expense of everyone who relies upon her for employment. If there's no telephone response, there's s good chance she is not even in her office working. When will her boss wake up?
