InVentiv recruiters are the WORST





Barbara Cutts is a complete bitch. Probobly one of the worst recruiters I've ever talked to and whiny as well. probobly a real dog. Talked to her a few times. Were any of these idiots every in pharma sales? I doubt it. They wouldn't last a day in any real sales job. Probobly why they work here.
 




Barbara Cutts is the complete opposite. It's to bad you feel that way because I think she has been great. She gets back to me when i e-mail her and she has been very responsive. Their is nothing right now that is why the recruiters are not responding they are not going to e-mail us to say "hi"

email the recruiter if you need to know something - you will get a quicker response. Susan Hobson emails me back in 30 seconds usually - she is Johnny on the Spot.


I met Susan at the HO a couple of years ago during training. She was displaying significant camel toe everyday. There was talk she was looking to fired for cause.
 
























Victoria is my recruiter. I have sent her numerous emails left multiple VM's and she has not responded once. The sad thing is that I have heard similar stories about other recruiters. I can understand they may not be able tell us any insider info., but cant they reply (even with a generic reply) that they are aware you exist.
Our company has really lost touch with their only asset THEIR PEOPLE!!!!!

I have worked with Carl Schoft and he is the best. He really worked to get me placed and really does care about his people. I don't know all the individuals in this situation but I do know that (from reliable source) because of the economy/market dynamics going on right now you had to be a top performer with numbers and have extremely high overall yearly reviews or you are put on the "not priority list". I was told this wasn't done because they don't value their medium performers but, because they simply don't have the business to put people on that are just average. Look at the BMS project. Only the best of the best got put on that one and InVentiv didn't even have a say so on who got selected. Inventiv just put people into the interview with BMS district managers and they selected the group. Anyway, bottom line is be patient and if they blow you off my might be on the low priority list.

shobson at least emails all of the displaced reps in her area every week or so - letting us know what openings she has for that week. She also states it like it is - dispels all the rumors and speculation that you hear about current and future contracts. I don't feel like she is ignoring me at all!
