I have worked with Carl Schoft and he is the best. He really worked to get me placed and really does care about his people. I don't know all the individuals in this situation but I do know that (from reliable source) because of the economy/market dynamics going on right now you had to be a top performer with numbers and have extremely high overall yearly reviews or you are put on the "not priority list". I was told this wasn't done because they don't value their medium performers but, because they simply don't have the business to put people on that are just average. Look at the BMS project. Only the best of the best got put on that one and InVentiv didn't even have a say so on who got selected. Inventiv just put people into the interview with BMS district managers and they selected the group. Anyway, bottom line is be patient and if they blow you off my might be on the low priority list.
