Intrarosa

Manager interviews may use situational questions but the HR interview is to determine if you fit with the culture at AMAG. Good luck!

What is wrong with the HR interview guy? Anyone seen this asshole? He has got to be compensating for something. HR is suppose to be employee accessible and at least appear neutral. If he is the measure of the culture, this is not good. What company lets HR grill their new employees in an interview process? This is a first for me.

Wow really? That bad? Can you share some examples?

This is completely not true. If he grilled you then it is because you are probably a douche. I bet you are the same previous disgruntled poster!

That is not the experience I had at all. I had a great interview with HR.

What did they say in yours about culture
It wasn't what was said....it was just a conversation. Very different from big pharma...felt more like a part of the team. But that's just me and perhaps the poster with the negative experience just didn't fit in with thier culture. HR interview isn't the place to brag about sales...talk about what you are looking for. Why AMAG?

I had an excellent experience, nice people - Managers and HR - and a nice offer. $125K seems way off base! I do have questions regarding long term sustainability, insurance coverage, goals and expectations. Think hard about the offer ...... Good Luck to all!

That is a nice offer, close to what you are making now? Did you accept the position?

I had multiple phone interviews (I am in the northeast), someone pulling for me from the inside and was told by the recruiter that I was going to be moved forward with a face to face interview. She asked me what my calendar looked like, said we will talk prior to the interview so I was properly prepped then just sent me an e-mail saying they were going in a different direction. I mention this because the bottom line is you know you have an opportunity when the offer is on the table in front of you. Keep looking and don't hang your hat here. I have seen people on this thread who have years of women's health experience get blown off. Very sad. I have never been straight up lied to in an interview process. I have 15 years experience and a ton of sales awards and results by the way. I have never posted on cafe pharma before. It tends to be too negative for me but this was so disappointing. Truths need to be said. Moving on too.

Ditto sista. 5 yrs women's health, lots of trophies and charming as hell.

Had the last minute switch...pretty sure the DM was afraid that I would eventually take over her job.
