I tend to disagree with all the posts on here but it’s starting to feel like you might be right. They baited everyone with big salary ranges claiming the best of the best because they had no debt. So far I haven’t heard of anyone getting close to the 140 they teased, and they are cheaping out on all the perks. They’ve hired some seriously questions management, as well as area managers. Outcasts that couldn’t make it at other companies or worked at prior failed startups. Here in the west with BS as the area manager I know several middle of the road managers that have said no to coming over.

I would stay steer clear of this possible disaster unless you are personally connected or protected by upper management.

Wow! Look at the incidence of somnolence! Looks like another Seroquel to me! They have one chance to launch this drug, so they had better price it far lower than the other brand name atypicals, or have the best managed care coverage of the branded atypicals. Think I will stay put. My guess is that a lot of other potential candidates will pull out. just another atypical trying to get 1% or less of the market.

I was told that they were going to find a way to compensate us for Q1, as bonus is a major component of our compensation package. Just got the official offer post-approval and still no details on this, or anything really for incentive comp. Has anyone heard anything?

I would think we’d get most of a training bonus for q1 if starting 1/15. Seems like a no brainer, they’d really be lacking if this wasn’t the case.

That would make sense to me. I wasn’t very pleased with amount of RSUs. Lets face it, when they begin to vest, stock will probably be half the value.

My friend said he got an email from a recruiter to reconsider his original decision to not purse an open position. I guess that means they are moving forward to fill spots?

this happened to me as well. I think they are actually having a difficult time filling a couple of spots which is odd. Lots of our Brethren looking for work

Certain parts of the country were very easy to fill based on culture/performance regionally at other companies. Sunovion, lundbeck, allergan all have their pockets of low hanging fruit that were easy to pick. In these areas CNS was a must have, they are now realizing that 130k for a startup salary isn’t competitive enough in many markets.

I really like the mgr and would like to sell this product. However I am just not going to be able to take a pay cut. $140k was on the table with recruiter, then $135k with manager. Just kept dropping. Now I would have to take less than what I’m making.
