Interviews with managers

Ummmm read this thread Chief. First things first. Yes $120k base for PC sales was talked about which I said doesn’t happen and is a fact!!

Secondly the only company you could name that paid more $135k base Biogen & that’s a lie. Lololol. Omg what a loser. Why tf are you trying to convince people of this. Biogen was paying $120k base up until the last year. With their potential expansion they’ve moved it up to $135-$140k base base on experience and success.

So this list of companies that pay more than $135....we are still waiting bud lololol.
Again. Many companies only pay $120k-$125k base for specialty.

Again you are a misinformed tool if you are truly glaoating over 120 base as a competitive salary for base. The list of specialty companies paying 120 base is much shorter. I’ll put it to you this way, I was offered 152 at Biogen and turned them down and I was not alone with that. The median salary where I am is 147k. No way in hell any game fully employed true specialty rep touches a 120 salary. I have nothing to prove to some tool Mgr like you on this site. So go back and ask your expert salary survey friends if anyone would leave their specialty job for Acadia for 120? Nobody takes a pay cut dumb ass unless they are unemployed. Ass wipe

Lolololol look at this loser lolol. Bruh how many wats you gonna trust your story.
Again...
  • nobody in primary care gets $120k base
  • Most specialty positions only offer $120-$125k base. Fact
  • You have listed but 1 specialty company that you said pays more than $135k base and even it’s false. Yet you say there are many. Still waiting on a list lmaooo lolol
  • Biogen didn’t offer you that. My close friend is a long time Manager at Biogen so I know they’re pay range. So again they were only offering around $120k until about a year ago. They offer a total comp of $185-$205k which includes a target bonus of $44k, and also includes the car and stock options. The absolute most they offer is $135-$140k base. Bwwaahahahaha!!!!!! What a loser
  • Still waiting on that list of specialty companies that pay more than $135k base pal..

OK so your shit doesn’t stink, ass face fuck you you dumb motherfucker I’ll take the coin that I can get and frankly with bonus structures being variable and the environment being what it is I feel very confident that a 120 salary with the bonus structure in place will be more than your shit ass face will.

Again knock yourself out if you are an underpaid loser trying to break into into specialty sales. Acadia fits your situation perfectly. Work hard and pay your dues for a few years and if you’re lucky you might be able to land a true paying specialty job. Until then, most of us other specialty reps won’t even entertain a 120 sucky offer. C ya primary care loser bastard.

Hahaha look at this sugar tits

lolololol omfg lololol it just hit me....Acadia would not move you forward in the interview process and here you are bitter AF. And you sure AF didn’t get an offer from Biogen because you don’t even know what they pay.
Do here you sit on the Acadia board bitter AF at everybody else on here getting $135k base.

Listen to you douchebags, acting like you actually do any real work to deserve anything close to 120K or higher. You wonder why real, actual sales people make fun of pharma reps. Jokes on you though. With COVID, plenty of pharma CEOs are realizing their drugs do just fine without overpaying a bunch of lazy 10 to 2 "sales" people....

Im sorry you work in a call center and get paid $35k to “dial for dollars” at the hopes you’ll get a $2k bonus this month.

Again you are FOS. You keep referencing PCP reps nobody cares about them. Loser status. 120 for specialty reps is 100% entry level salary for specialty sales. Neuro specialty for experience starts at 135 and goes up to 160. Biogen just hired an entire neuro sales force and must reps were offered 145-160. Acadia base pay is bush league entry level specialty. Stop spinning the facts.

Biogen is your source? Really? $150k doesn’t count if that sales force will never actually work. That drug had a 20% chance or getting approved. Haha nice try.

Wrong dumbass, I do the same thing you do I'm just aware we get paid a lot of money to do very little. Stop acting like you actually deserve 120K or you're doing important work joker.

“Don’t get me wrong, there’s def some spec jobs that go up to $135k but most are at the $120k range.” Quote

WTF... Whoever posted this is obviously a total dumb ass.

Exactly. Be happy to be making anything close to 120K for your low productivity.

Don’t settle. The quarantine is the quarantine so why settle for a gig at 120 when you can get 140-160. Acadia is a good opportunity for unemployed reps or those looking for their intro into specialty sales. Educate yourself what’s truly out there. Good luck!

True specialty reps, rare disease reps would NEVER even consider a job with a 120 base unless their current job was high risk for a reorg.

Yes, but Rare Disease reps also cover 4+ states and never see their family because they travel 80%.

Territories at Acadia are what, 3 hr drive max? Ok yes, its not Rare Disease money, but if you've got a wife and kids, making $120 and actually seeing them is a good deal.
