KG is the best CEO in biotech and he has done a great job building this Company. It is sad to see his great works slowed down by Bay Area losers.
They knew what they signed up for at Intarcia and with KG. KG is a no nonsense salesman who will take whatever steps are needed to make Intarcia a success. If you come between him and his goal then you are out...yes, out with nothing at all. That is the reality of high risk high reward business building. KG's job is to sell the story and literally cut the crap. KG needs to ensure his team overseeing the critical work that needs to be accomplished are able to deliver on the tasks at hand.
