Graves said ITCA 650 would be submitted for regulatory approval in the first half of 2016 and the firm had plenty of funds for a potential launch around mid-2017.
ITCA 650 contains a year’s supply of exenatide and its success to date poses a challenge to large drugmakers like Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, Sanofi and Eli Lilly that sell similar so-called GLP-1 drugs as daily or weekly injections.

Is the sales force hiring still happening for launch ? Do you know if the offers are contingent on approval. Heard that base was 70K but that bonus was comparable with medical device, ie 25K per quarter at target. Wasnt that interested but we are downsizing and who knows what next year will look like. Are there multiple recruiters (MRI ?) or who ?

Beside, there ain't no way the payers will pay for 3 implants and 5 surgeries for the 1st year vs. soon dime a dozen Teva's generic GLP-1 daily injections, not to mention Victoza with prized cardio study as well as tons of weekly injections from the entrenched big pharmas.

Going into my 3rd year. It was dysfunctional and disorganized work place when I started but I along with many nee hires figured we were hired to fix the problems. Wrong as it got progressively worse and especially after the CRL. Seems like everyone is out to get the hell out while at same time kiss asses so as not get laid off and ruthlessly try to throw people under the bus. The poor (mostly perceived) performers are freaking out and those around them smelling blood are distancing themselves. By far the WOSRT company I've worked for.
Whole damn company is full of arrogant assholes especially in Boston office for anything to do with sales, marketing and customer experience bullshit.
