Intarcia Therapeutics

Intarcia employees - do not come to cafepharma while at the office as IT can easily track who is accessing which website. I'm using it at local Sbux now. Tidbit from Hayward IT person as guess who are watching.

BTW leadership team and others like your boss are known to dial into the various meetings secretly.:confused::eek:Bunch of gestapos! Really time to get the hell out...

I meant listen in not dial in.

Yep heard it too. They kind a sneak into the meetings and listen in. Wouldn't be surprised if some meetings are recorded by a spy in the room or call itself. This is Watergate level shenanigans by bunch of insecure creeps.

Well know fact that all the ULT members each has a spy working for them. They report every thing they see or hear in meetings

I didn't believe the rumors about uber paranoid ULT members undermining each other and listening in to the meetings unannounced till recently. I blame the all mighty KG for fostering such dog eat dog environment.

Kool aid drinkers in unison have brainwashed the flock to believe that ITCA will be approved in Q1 but those in the midst of the fray know Q2 at best case and more like Q3/Q4 if they can rebuild some depts from FTEs bailing out in droves. It's up to FDA really and boy did they rather uncannily find a lot of skeletons hidden in Hayward closets. It's as if insider(s) passed the info.

Anyway thankful to have steady paychecks while looking hard for an exit from this most screwed up company.

dream on cos they only have starter 3 month and regular 6 month itcas meaning there is no once year itca. add to this surgeries to implant new and explant used up old itcas.

Don't feed the troll. That guy doesn't know anything about the company or all the shit they're in. There's probably spies here fishing to find leakers and just posting bullsh-t just to get people to respond.

love this bullshit especially the claim "once-yearly"

We are already the highest valued private biotech company in history with world-class investors, and now we are firmly set up to retain full control of the U.S. operations as we continue on our path to build a fully capable and disruptively innovative biotech company with a pipeline of game changing, once-yearly medicines.

who believes this shit ?

Spectacular Bay Area tech startup failures, from Juicero to Plastc

The Bay Area gushes with big ideas and lofty dreams at a rate that’s made it equally inspiring and infamous. For every Uber and Spotify there are scores of Juiceros and Sprigs. Not to mention startups you never heard of because they weren’t around long enough.

Though 90 percent of startups fail, some of those dearly departed companies deserve remembering – either because they convinced investors to give them millions without ever proving anything, because their idea was preposterous from the start, because of sheer bad luck, or because of arrogant CEOs who were in over their heads.

KG and Intarcia will be remembered as smaller Theranos soon but you won't hear much about it as most of the money was raised from the bagholders in China in last 2 years. Some VCs wanted out ASAP in early 2015 and KG found dumb money from China and they in turn with investment banker in Hong Kong got more lemmings in China and Korea to chip in. You see these ASSian bagholders have no clue on the convoluted dynamics of payer enviroment in the US market.

There was 1 investor from US and that was BG Foundation as what the hell does Bill Gates know and he got hoodwinked by KG on AIDS prevention ITCA fantasy in sub-Sahara Africa with exorbitantly priced implant(vs. cheap generic pills) that is NOT even in the clinical trials. No doubt BG has army of savvy lawyers who drafted robust contract but what good is a contract when KG spent away OPM (other people's money)?

. Looks like Intarcia is beginning to build out the field sales force, using Publicis for the recruiting process. Anyone working for the company currently, able to provide some insight as to the culture, compensation, benefits, etc.?

Our diabetes team has announced downsizing and as you know the future is unpredictable. Besides all the nasty comments sometimes Cafe Pharma is a chance to help a fellow rep. This looks like the only blockbuster play for next year. Can you offer a helping hand ? Do you expect interviews to start again this month and will Publicis be the main contact ? Honest replies only please.

Look it is obvious that you didnt get hired. I'm sorry for your troubles that doesnt mean its not a good opportunity. This is like the only biotech to start a new sales force in diabetes for a 2018 launch. So come on, who are the contacts that have the recruiters ear ?
