Really??? Wonder how long the rest of us will have jobs? Wouldn't blame Fidia for moving on given the management here, but I really need this job!

Do not panic. I received a call last week from a recruiter who said she was told by a former Fidia colleague that most of the reps in the company were not receiving bonuses and were dissatisfied. She just looked up the company reps on Linkedin for the cities she needed. Hopefully, this trend will continue as more reps leave.
 









No Bonus and a low base salary!! My Christmas Sucked only had $100.00 to spend on family and friends!! Oh and I have no funds for tonight, New Years Eve. Lots of invites from friends to go do things, but I cant afford even a $ 30.00 dinner.

2013 Starting off with a bang!!!! Tears are rolling down my face!!! NO Joke

what's going on in Florida - PDI posted an orlando territory, then closed it, then posted a tampa territory?? Have there been reps in either of these areas or is it expansion?
 









Two more reps left Fidia this week. Are there any reps left? I can't blame the representatives from leaving. I woul too if I had district managers like this company has. Fidia wake up and smell the coffee. The biggest problem is Gary and district managers.
 






Who Left? Please give names. I hope that they have done well so the company knows that it is losing the best of the best in the company!!! I don't know anyone that is not wanting to leave with the bad pay, and no Bonus possibilities.

It is time for senior senior management in Italy to realize that Gary has been fired from every job for lying and ruining company moral.

Wow, Hyalgan had new studies that are being used out in the field. Oh mo, but wait, these are not new. They're the same studies used for the lost 50 years. Did the managers came up with this one? Bunch of losers!
 






Does Fidia really believe that four of their top reps left because of money? They truly left because they couldn't put up with their manager incompetence. Think about it. They were in the top ten, they were making bonus+; so was it money. Oh well - Fidia's lost.

Dude get real! If a survey is performed by a third party, it's keep confidential. If not you can sue them. If you are honest on the survey, what does it matter if they come back to you or not. Don't you want to work on a pleasant environment and for a company that if they do things right will become successful? Just saying..................
