I agree!! Sad excuse of a "supposed" company and an old drug-no where to grow business. I'm looking. Jobs are starting to appear is the only good news now. Be proactive!!

Where are you seeing jobs appear? I agree this contract will end as soon as Fidia figures out how little add benefit they are receiving from PDI and want to be proactive about finding a new job.

Haven't heard of one true "conversion". Growth comes through establishing new accounts or growing existing loyalist accounts.

Upper management has the pharmaceutical mentality of denying the truth of bad news instead of the medical device manufacturer mentality of revising strategy based on the facts in the marketplace.

Fidia/Gary doesn't not know how to hire district managers. The only one that deserves that title is Dave. As a matter of fact, Dave doesn't belong in that place. Watch out for HR to start going after all of them.

It was such a disater I think we are all still in shock.

Gary did a nice job telling us how all these other districts are getting massive new accounts. The sad part is that we all knew it was total BS. The good news is we are all following his advice, and the company sales are going down faster than the Titanic. Even our manager tried to spin Garys comments, and we all looked at him like a fool.

Just look at the 3 QTR numbers. What a disaster!!!!!!

They way our manager is acting you can tell MGMT is panicking.
