No, new sales force, My guess is that 60 % will be gone by July 1st. Fidia is giving no raises, decreased the bonus. The list is to long to describe how cheap they are in management. To best summarize what is going on is if you don't have a job take it, if you do have a job stay away.

Senior Management is paid on dollars, reps are paid on syringes sold. The cheaper management is with reps the more they make, and it is causing holy hell throughout the company. Believe me this is not an exaggerated post at all, and please reach out and talk to a couple of current reps. You will receive the same information.
