Heard on the earnings call that Trudhesa hit 1,000 prescriptions the first week in may. I watch symphony data and only saw 700 prescriptions that week so Impel must have different data set. My question is every week since that week prescriptions have been flat to down in symphony. Are you guys seeing the same pattern or does your data still show growth? Honest question and thanks

This place is a complete $#itshow! All that smoke blown at the Dallas “hiring event” claiming this company is paving the way for the future of pharma, changing the way providers and patients think, novel new proprietary delivery system to encompass other therapeutic areas, blah blah blah. In reality this is nothing more than a repurposed treatment using the absolute dirtiest compound packaged in an abomination of a nasal spray. Not my words, but that was coming from a KOL in my territory who won’t even write it. The other day my manager pissed him off by telling him it’s his responsibility to find patients, and now the office won’t allow us back in. There’s a lot of entitlement from executive management that flows down to the RSMs and it rubs our hcps the wrong way.

I hear ya and can relate. Been here for only a little over a month and I’m already dreading Mondays. Last time I felt like this was 20 years ago in my first primary care pharma gig.

Dread Mondays too and looking. Best "Leaders" inspire, at Impel you get platitudes like "Imagine, Imagine, Imagine". DHE invented in 1943. It took a lot of imagination and a lot of lipstick. Sad.
