Hi everyone,

I am looking into this position and was wondering if anyone has any information on the overall package? Salary range, commission structure, benefits, etc. Thank you in advance!

Can only speak from my experience, but our managed care access drives everything. In my district we focus on:

1-75% of effort is on recruiting for speaker programs. They don't work for the audience, but they drive the hell out of my speaker's utilization.
2-10% entering calls at Starbucks
3-10% bad mouthing Cosentyx
4-5% bad mouthing Otezla

Pretty sweet gig if you get a manger who gets it.

Hi everyone,

Salary 140-190k base
Bonus 40k @ 100% uncapped
Company Car-Chevy Equinox
Best Benefits, Medical, Dental, Pension, 5% 401k Match, even 7-8% annual profit share paid in Dec
Company Cell Phone to track every text, phone call, email, and whereabouts from 8-5 daily (Just Take your SIM card out and toss it in a lake)
Must be able to talk bad about Cosentyx, Taltz, Tremfya, Stelara, and Cimzia. You must agree they are the enemy.
A SF1 counterpart who mirrors you and will do all of the work for you while you are at the gym or playing golf
Must be able to go into Veeva on Sundays and add the calls you made for the prior week.
And my all-time favorite, Yayou points for not doing shit at meetings.

Can anyone verify the salary range of the above poster? I had a friend tell me that their offer was much lower than the $140k to $190k range.

It's actually more like $150k+, depending on you negotiating skills. If you're a good talker, sharp dresser, know a little of the local cultural lingo, and present yourself as eager, then sky's the limit!

Immunology reps are treated well here. Lots of perks regular sales slobs don't get. Sometimes if I am allowed, an immunology rep will let me sit in on a lunch if I promise to worship the ground they walk on and pick up the food. Great culture over there too. Everyone helping each other become the best at Abbvie.
