For the right candidate we can go as high as 170k base- most will get in the 135-140k range. Sign on bonus of 15-30k.

Contrary to some other posts yes you are in the ballpark, salary-wise. I have no knowledge of a sign on bonus but believe that is only for special cases (Federally defined disabled, female, minority status). Know personally of one applicant offered 155K with 2 years experience. Also met Federally defined criteria noted.

HR phome screen (maybe an hour);
F2F (half day); panel interview (half day); if pass this then extensive background check (includes blood work, urine check, earwax or hair sample, credit check, and finally fingerprints and FBI warrant check) ; if pass then regional manager (maybe an hour).

I don't think they do that any more, advanced bloodwork analysis mitigates this.. That former probe was to detect colon ineptitude!!

Senior reps will deploy the new product. They will of course be training the newbies but they will only take responsibility after they are proven winners.

Sales based on alignment, not experience

For bonus - target is 36k annual. Highest for all AbbVie reps.

Base - there is a range, that sounds about right.
