ImmunityBio keeps changing the sales organization, but upper management leadership cares deeply about the stock price and sales, and without sales reps and with a sales leader that is unpleasant to work with, sales will not be soaring and customers will be cautious about why there has been yet another dramatic change.
There were no organized clinical education events for Urologists at the Hawaii meeting, which does not translate into increased sales. The stock market will reflect what they think of the company's prospects when they receive the next market update, and that is something that the CEO will care about. ImmunityBio is cash poor until they get another cash infusion or sales increase. Any additional indications for the product are not being approved anytime soon.

I immediately withdrew from the interview process after reading this. I’ll stay in big pharma. Good lord. I think Purdue pharma with OxyContin has better reviews than this place…..

Matt Hilman is a total D-Bag. No one wants to speak with, or work with the guy. He literally has pissed off everyone. Every rep currently employed is in 2nd to 3rd round interviews to leave this company. Everyone is jumping and pulling the parachute cord. This place is a sinking ship. Rich & Matt think thats its going to skyrocket in Jan when we get our code. The only thing that will skyrocket will be the amount of resignations on Rich's desk. ImmunityBio is going to get destroyed by Janssen and CG Oncology. The culture is terrible at ImmunityBio. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Rich Adcock is a loser. "Try to sell 9 vials of Anktiva when they get the prior auth for 6. Why not?" You realize that is illegal Rich?
This company will sell 12.5 million in 2024. Way short of what is needed. ImmunityBio only has a runway of 4 months of cashflow to operate this business. By the end of Q1 ImmunityBio will be firing the remaining sales people and closing its doors.
