You are misled. More than enough $$$$$ to pay the Ilumya bills from Ilumya sales. This was never going to be a 6 billion $ drug but it will bring in plenty of cash. You bought the hype and the over promised sales goals. Seriously do the math.
Not even close. Yeah the 5 year doesn’t have it at $6B, but at this run rate, it might hang in for another year. I’m familiar with the models on this. It’s not sustainable, and it’s 3-grade math to see that.
Who is the fairy princess? There are a lot of princes and princesses on this team? Even if you are in top 10 a lot of those BI #s aren’t accurate. That report that BN sends out is not accurate because those BIs aren’t getting filled and doesn’t include SP scripts that didn’t go through our wonderful Hub. A random script getting actually shipped in two weeks and people are acting like Hub is fixed. Our competition with their HUB, same steps, are getting drug shipped in way less time and our offices know it.
The Hub killed Ilumya. Plain and simple. Does anybody remember what we were told? Lies. Then they “re-educated “the TMs, all who heard her wrong. Now the TMs are being trained to sell into a non working hub? Same results coming. Check that. More resignations leading to more hub shit. Rinse and repeat. Can the hub people and start again.
Fuck the HUB. I tell my customers the truth about our HUB and strongly encourage them to use their SP, not our HUB. I'm not compromising my integrity and looking like a liar any more.
The bigger issue is this-
Is Sun sustainable ? The real issues are ingrained in the organization, not exclusively with Ilumya.
I’ve talked to a few TMs today and all dreading this meeting and bullshit role playing and all the insincere bs. Sorry but don’t have interest in watching married people screw around, fake ass kissing, seeing the younger TMs get drunk and Uber to bars and come back with the local talent like last meeting. RSMs get your teams under control. This is already a shit show but some of us who don’t sleep with our docs or drink like it’s New Year’s Eve at these meetings just want to get through the next couple days and don’t want to be anymore disgusted by a lot of people’s lack of integrity.
Watch out for all the mother fuckers talking trash at the bar! Apparently there is a TM and a rep from one of the derm teams looking to square off after a few drinks. Security has already been notified & I was assured we should not be concerned with our safety.

Just remember this week during the nice talks. Abhay, Kyle, Steve are the accountable people. No reason why Ilumya should not have had a great launch except for internal mismanagement. Failure to execute pure and simple. Oh and how is Odomzo , cequa going - hahahaha time for a quick exit
