Ilumya Resignations before NSM

Heard a few TMs jumping ship this week and some are waiting until after meeting so they can meet their families at Disney/Universal for spring break. My RSM is looking. I mean this is a cluster. Never thought I’d dread going to Florida.

We are off to Disney World where childhood dreams come true. Maybe they will tell us Ilumya is at 130% to goal? Taro will purchase J&J? SUN managed markets group finally gained an account? Abhay is really from New Jersey?

If you want to know who the crazy TMs are for Ilumya they will be the ones not looking to jump. Some of these people are just socially inept and like to start and feed rumors. Anyone with half a brain is clawing to get out of here.

It’s much, much closer to 13% of goal, not 130%. And ‘no,no,no’ to your other questions.
You may think you’re going to Disney, but you’re stuck in Never-everland at Sun.

The TM gig is a very good one. If you don’t like it then get the fuck out of here. One other point, I’m putting all of these Absorica loser reps on notice!

Glad to see this company has developed a culture where reps from different BUs who call on the same specialty are able to collaborate so well.
Really ?

On notice? On notice for what Billy Jack?

Of course the Ilumya TM gig is a very good one. Sell near nothing, accomplish absolutely nothing, but get top dollar. That will not last too long there Billy Jack. Will be a real long meeting for most of the Ilumya team. Better bring your mouse ears and goofy hats to look your parts.

If the HUB and Reimbursement people had remotely done there jobs it would have been different. But neither did for various reasons. If you can’t do the job for whatever reason maybe say something?the TMs have had the beat shit out of them for bringing in Investigations that never went anywhere. I love the excuse that it was the SPPs fault...but we sent them an email blitz! Seriously?! Everything but finger pointing but the vast majority of TMs did there job and subsequently lost the respect and confidence of practitioners and soiled a good reputation. I’m not taking any credit away from other operating units. I’m only stating that most Ilumya TMs busted it and then were told that they suck for obstacles beyond their control. Just a bad deal all the way around.

The other derm folks despise Iluyma team as a whole. Sure there are some nice folks but the whole biologics division has been a huge money drain and made 1/2 our salesforce lose their jobs. A lot of resentment towards anything Iluyma related. Trying not to make it personal but I had to interview for a job I’ve had for several years and luckily kept it but that wouldn’t have happened I was told before Iluyma.

Disagree.
It’s not about iluyma. It’s about Sun ownership now and the ‘people, like sh*t, are completely dispensable’ mindset.

I couldn’t agree with you more.

Lol!!! Orlando is going to blow! Do the green figures/minions represent the Ilumya TMs revolting against their leader for this debacle?!

Gonna be a long meeting for the Ilumya team in Mouse-land. Wait for the HUB people, reimbursement people, and managed markets people to show fake data that shows that there are no obstacles and the blame lies firmly on the TMs and their RSM management. Better hold back the TM fool who is threatening violence in previous posts.

Get ready to get pumped up!! Lots of disco lights. Lots of heavy bass from 15 year old bar beats. Reconstituted eggs for breakfast and stale yogurt. Managers strutting like a high school dumb jock.Marketing people pretending like they have answers. Senior leadership seemingly open to you until you ask a real question...then they need to be somewhere else right now. Pretty young female reps feeling special because a manager flirted with her. The young studs strutting around in skinny pants trying to look GQ. Thank god this meeting model rolled out 20 years ago. An oldie but a goodie and Sun loves a good rerun. Hey originality is for losers, right?

I want to give this a thumbs up. CP needs to have emojis like fb has.

I’ll eat my stale eggs and get pumped up. In the field we are returning to the days when pharma was great. Reps from other companies are jealous of what we can do and it seems like you have a potato chip on your shoulder. So get off the board and start selling like the rest of us.

Let me get this straight: ‘reps from other companies are jealous of what we can do ...”. GTFOOH

Wait for the Mumbai management team to demand a room-mate system at NSMs. Also expect that alcohol will be limited. You can bet that these measures are the next steps along with providing 2 cylinder cars for sales calls. Procurement at SUN works 24/7 to lower costs and inconvenience workers.
