If your happy and you know it...

Don't know who started calling MB clown in the first place. Clowns are silly but still harmless.
This one was rude and destructive, his jokes- stupid and offensive.

I'd call him Joker.

People who left on good terms aren't coming back here to libel anyone.
Just look at who was terminated in the past year and point your finger at them.
You can trace one of them here back to October when he was terminated.
Don't falsely accuse people when you don't have evidence. Use common sense.

Interesting, I was terminated back in October. I never have posted to this site or any other. I have read it multiple times. I needed a reference, So I never said a word. I saw some remarks that could have seemed like they came from me, they didn’t. Please do not refer to me. I kept my mouth shut, I think you should all do the same. You are all making yourselves and anyone who worked at Taro look bad.
What ever happened between me and my boss was exactly that.. NON OF YOUR BUSINESS or go ask him..

.
To former employees and current employees (those who didn't notice it): we've got new CFO here.
She is nice, smart person with high professional standards.
It's time to stop talking about MB. Good or bad, that guy is GONE.

Terminated? You must've done something outlandish. Taro doesn't terminate employees. While I was with Taro that office was like a playground.

Perhaps you had already left the company when this happened, but last year the CFO decided to put nearly everyone in finance on probation. You had to prove your worth to the company. That backfired as good employees left and what was left was a toxic work environment where people were terminated or left to work under extreme pressure of losing their jobs.

Not true. Whoever was placed on probation was placed based on info submitted by Management. Toxic environment has been in existence for years including previous to CFO.

Whatever I did or didn’t do. I kept my mouth shut and didn’t post anything negative about Taro or FF. I actually checked in to see how you guys are handling Covid-19. Then I see someone inferring that I posted negative comments.. No, I did NOT. I would really love to post what I feel, but Taro is on my resume and I might need a reference down the line. I know that people in Finance check this and it would get back to someone.. LEAVE ME OUT OF THIS.. I am not employed by Taro and do not need a BAD REFERENCE..Legally no one can’t say anything negative, but as we all know there are ways to burn someone in a reference. I wish you all well, and hope you all realize that Taro is a GREAT company. Yes, they employ some sneaky and dirty people. Every company has them.. Get over it!!

These days, as we started returning to work, nothing is more important than your positive attitude and respect to each other.
Iet's try to fight negativism in ourselves and see good things company is doing for us.

Positive attitude? Well, I guess...thank you, Taro, for not sending us back to work even earlier- in April or May.

But they violate the law all the time...
Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes verbal remarks, such as racial slurs, that create a hostile or offensive work environment illegal. This law also covers jokes, comments, or slurs that unreasonably impact an employee’s performance. Title VII only covers employers who have 15 or more people working for them. Employees who successfully sue under Title VII may be eligible for compensatory or punitive damages.

Similarly, the New York State Human Rights Law is intended to protect workers from humiliating or offensive comments, jokes, or slurs regarding an employee’s race or ethnicity. This state law, which allows for both compensatory and punitive damages, has broader coverage in New York than Title VII, since it covers employers with as few as four employees.
