If your happy and you know it...

Agree. And new executive should care enough and be smart enough to identify the troubled managers because on public they often pretend to be nice people. In Finance, we have one long-time bully and racist who is now coming out of his pants in every meeting to look like a good guy and best friend of Asians, Latinos and all other minorities. Everybody knows who he is but people don't want to mess with it hoping he retires soon.

SAP is a nightmare. The meetings with India are painful to say the least. The Glazed Donut was a genius.
Can't blame Donut for leaving. He's had it at Taro- managing dumb contractors from south asia, outsourced help center and the whole company blaming him for non-working systems. Not mentioning budget restrictions and having to report on every penny you spend.
You can't implement huge complex global systems while staying cheap at the same time.

Yep too smart of a guy to deal with these idiot consultants. They tried to save every penny and it blew up in their face. The systems are far from operable, sure you can use 500,000,000 line spreadsheets on Excel 2007, but delete one cell and it’s oopsie doopsie. If we had the tools to do our jobs it would be a 37 hour work week like our friends at Regeneron work.

Hari was good. He fixed a lot of problems caused by launching SAP too quickly. Is he still there?

LMAO!! You know that good employees can't stay in Taro, don't you? They either leave quickly or get bullied away by jealous idiots who are afraid of anybody who is better than them. Hari left about a year ago. Good for him!

H was ok. No guru for sure. I'm sure he's fine where he is. Some Taro employees were a loss to the company, but there were also some that weren't missed.

To All-
Hope this note is received well.
We are all tired.
Racism, pandemic, hurricanes, CDC guidelines being changed by the minute, and getting treated poorly on the job.
It’s time for all to change.
At 2:00 today we walk off the job.
Stand together brothers and sisters, we need to be heard! We must join solidarity in unison for change!
Love you all, need you all around. The world is changing. Time for empathy and humanity to return in the world.
Guys, I know it's tough out there at Taro, and I'm with you in your pain. But please don't do dumb things that will only hurt your career and not result in any changes.
For many years people complained to their managers, to HR, to CEO, completed Org. Health surveys etc. Nothing changed. Do you really want to spend more time trying to initiate changes at Taro?
Just find a new job quietly and leave. Life is too short. And there's good companies out there waiting for you!

Nobody is walking off the job.
It has been a running joke on this board for years.

Don't worry, that post was a joke. No one 's gonna come out, especially with only a few people in the office.
Someone's got too much time on their hands, so they come up with all these stupid pranks on CP.

That whole Boycott thing looks just like a nasty cheap parody of the BLM movement...Not nice. Proves this company is full of racists and Trump-lovers.
