Flemming came into this company and was like “let’s recreate the 2 girls 1 cup scene, people will love it, and if they don’t I can just tell them they’re gone because they all have shit on their face.” Leadership all fell for it too.

Had a good laugh reading this, as there is some truth to it. Fake people selling unnecessary treatments to more fake people. Unsophisticated business model with high fixed costs. No other industry would survive with such a sales funnel. Strong growth rates have kept this business going for many years but the future may be more challenging (increased competition, slowing demand, shift to other treatments…).
So many of the shallow people in this industry cheating on husbands and wives, even at most senior leadership levels. No morals, everything is hidden behind a fake facade.
 








f**k this company. Shires you suck. So does the accounting team spilling cheeto dust and smelling in the office. old crazy woman Daphne Teague needs to retire already. Walks around with a stick up her rear end.

Also ask yourself, who remains at the company. flunkies like Carl, Bob Z., Daphne T. who have been at the company for a long time are still there and a lot more capable people were let go. Either this company is racist or a cult. People in US have made it their personal business to get the coupon every month. The coupa system implemented is the worst. took them a year to get that online and they celebrated - we did it. The way that old crazy woman Daphne behaves is appalling. She should be fired immediately.
 




The worst asshole out of all of these people is Mike Shires. Literally doesn’t know anything. He will throw a bunch of vomit out there and then say “but what do I know”. I hope he gets the worst case of perpetual diarrhea to get all the shit he has inside him. What a real bastard.

A colleague at Gapderma was let go with a very broad statement. You can literally put anyone under the sun in that bucket. No thought given to why or what. All ties cut. No severance. No healthcare. She was good at what she did. Now she is nearly bankrupt. Wtf. She has three kids. Marriage is almost in shambles because of this. Life ruined because someone somewhere got out the wrong side of the bed. The biggest culprit in all of this is HR (Ben Foulk) and the US head. Ben, your job is not to just mouth off what someone feels like saying. I hope what you did to her happens your families too. She was a good person and very good at what she did. Maybe not good at playing politics, but then again we sell creams not weapons. This ain’t DC. #FirePoliticsPeople
