Don't only sue the company, but sue personally those who were complicent in helping the company fire you. Put liens on their houses, their property, and tie them up in the court for years.

I know this because I employed a law firm to document my case the past year. Checkmate!
 



If you can find any past employees to side with you you will crush them. Be aware that you have a poor likelihood to have any current employees testify on you behalf.

I think the ISRs care. They are being let GI along with the Academics. Nobody at the Home Office even hides it anymore. Some ISSs will go too. By Dec-June larger Rheumatology territories with only one rep. Remi reps will be 2 to a district. M. H. Moves up. R. B. moves up and out of JBI. Cat fight for VP sales with it headed RW way. PD out as RB and JD not liking the moves he made. All of this makes me happy to be not in Rhuematogy.

Now this is funny stuff! Cimzia and Simponi fighting over the Remicade garbage. Very funny stuff as neither drug works for shit.
 



Is it really true that they are going after older reps? It seems like they are always talking about how much they value diversity. Does that include older people? I have friends here who are older and they're not only great reps but some of the nicer people here. We're all going to get old someday. We should value their experience.

The only value that older reps have is for fertilizer. Move slow, bad memory, think they know everything, think they should make more then younger reps who produce more. Older reps are not protected since everyone knows they are a drag on the organization. They can't can them all soon enough. M.H. Is brilliant for having the guts to remove them.

You could be my abm talking. He is in line to replace MH soon once she rises higher in J & J. My abm also wants to to spread rumors in the industry about a guy he's working hard to get fired so the guy can't get a job anywhere once he's fired here. You need to understand that weakness doesn't get an organization anywhere. For too many years this company has had weak leaders.Now we have strength and people who are willing to do anything it takes to go from good to great. If that means cutting the herd of the old and weak then so be it.

This is a wise post. Did your co-selling counterpart entice customers to misrepresent the truth? Are you being investigated because of a team member telling lies? Document them and go after them for negligence, reckless fraud and misrepresentation by way of fraudulent statements not to mention malicious intent. I guarantee they will all lose their jobs, houses and careers. JBI may want to protect them but the courts won't. In fact the way JNJ shows a track record of backing them leads into an even bigger lawsuit against JnJ.

I like my teammates but I don't like the current selling format. I no longer feel like I have control over my business. Most of the groups are becoming highly dysfunctional at this point and longtime friends and partners are now talking behind each others backs. My DM is not helping when he says just do it. Do what? I can't wait until they break off into that new company and things return to normal again.
