My abm and a couple others are forcing us to find dirt on an academic rep who we like. The abm says he has been directed to do whatever it takes to find something to fire this guy on. I won't get involved in this. I don't understand why the company would want to get rid of such a good employee. Someday they'll be coming after me.
 






Who cares if you are fired? We need to avoid a war on Aria right now. I keep hearing all this stuff on the news about the President taking action on Aria. Yes, he should! He should go to Congress and declare it the best biologic, and then we will make our sales numbers.

I'm way too young. My abm says that they're only targeting older reps right now. I don't have a big problem with that. They made their money and most of them don't have to work hard or don't want to. If you are over fifty in this industry and you can't retire on what you made then you are a loser. By the time I'm fifty I'll be ready to hang it up and tend to my businesses which will be making more money anyway. That's another problem with the old reps. They should of been building side businesses but instead they were running around trying to make their calls while smart reps like me were using our time creating wealth. So I don't feel sorry for them. My manager gets it. He's a younger guy and senior management loves him because he would fire the old reps without even thinking about it. Hell, he'd fire them if they had cancer. You got to respect a guy like that. You know you do.

And I'm another one who is separate from the poster. We need to get rid of them and I love you Marti for doing it. Here is a innovation suggestion. Fire the old reps on a conference call! Do it and show you are the one who gets it. YOu will have SO MANY supporters. We need to move into the future and you will have the support of so many reps and especially my abm and rbd who will do whatever you say! Anythbing!
 






Dude if your gonna pretend to be more than one person you really need to spread your posts out. Three posts in 20 minutes. Drunk posts over the week end don't help either dude.

Which firm? Somebody recently told me that they went to a lawyer for LT disability advise but I want wrongful dismissal and harassment in the workplace advise. The disability cases I think will not go through as they are too hard to prove. So seriously, what firm?

You can't sue individuals. There are statutes in place that protect workers from this legal action while they perform their duties. Only the corporation can be sued. If you received any other advice you should ask for your money back. There is a class action that is poised to be filed on behalf of those either separated or about to be where their age has played a significant and detrimental role in their employment and advancement. I have a friend who made Presidents club eight times including a lock this year and as soon as this person hit early fifties was bullied, harassed, and kept back from promotions.
