By "no live training", I assume you mean not "in-person"? I'm on a different contract with Syneos, but was curious about other contracts, which was why I'm here...

My guess is you will have some "live training", but it will be virtual, not in person. And believe me, you can do just as much role-playing virtually as you can in person. They'll just break you out into virtual rooms, rather than move to corners of the big room or turn to your partner and role-play. Maybe Idorsia is unlike all other pharma companies and I'm wrong. But doubtful.

No, I meant no national trainer everyday training us which is usually the norm. Usually you are on Zoom most of the day being trained, role playing, in groups practicing, etc.

This seems to be all on our own. I don't see big blocks of time being virtual with a trainer.
 


















So, what are you going to do, besides being cautious if this guy is your manager? Try to get this guy removed by using this so highly trusted, reliable site? Sad someone can be taken down by all these “rumors”. Maybe he did do something, but I wouldn’t use cafepharma as my supportive reasoning. Anyone can hide behind a computer screen and say anything they want to take someone down and run with it. I’d be embarrassed to admit to even following half this junk on this site.

Yet you needed to comment and add you 2 cents worth of preachy crap. This forum helps people communicate and share information. We just want safe working environment because there are too many disgusting pigs out there and women need to communicate however they can without fear of Is retaliation.
