I usually get a notice from FedEx or UPS when a delivery is coming, didn’t get anything for today. Does not look like any swag is coming. How disappointing?
 
































They will not give cardio product to anyone on quiviviq team unfortunately.

Massive layoffs on the way 60-70% cut to Q sales force. Managers hear fate tomorrow. Only 10 will remain. Reps will hear soon after. Those left will have massive territories

May 1 - entirely new and very lean sales force. Get your resume out there

very sad and avoidable if we had decent leadership at launch who understood this market.

10 managers? So they’ll have 25 reps each? Yeah, you are so correct on this. Maybe you’ve hanging to close to the microwave and it’s zapped you.
On another note, you’re probably correct about Q reps won’t get aprocitentan.
And, if you’re referring to 60% loss? We started with 480 and possibly are approaching at least 50% less @ 240 reps. How many won Q circle/club? Top 26?
So, all the cuts have prob been cut. Look at # of unfilled territories/vacancies.
Bottom line since launch ? Majority of upper mgmt, majority of reps have left or are no longer here. If you’re that gullible, blind, and naive to continue to stay here, that’s your own fault.

you didn’t read what the poster wrote. 10 managers left with 60-70% of the salesforce being displaced. 60-70% of the 325 territories on the books as of 12-31 brings it down to about 100ish. So, 10 reps per manager.

Thank you for the unfortunate clarification. It’s abhorrent in so many ways. But from a year ago when area sales directors, NSD, VP basically all upper leadership is gone either by their choice or not, there’s the sign. So it’s not like the warnings weren’t flashing red.

yes, the warning signs have been there for a year. Posters act like finding a new job in Pharma is very easy. Let’s all be sensitive as individuals will lose their job today.

Absolutely, as many of us , especially those with longer tenures in pharma, have experienced layoffs.
I’d bet many within Idorsia were working on their exit strategy.
For those that always -no matter what- were glass always full about this contract and failed to see what’s been going on, or bought into all the dysfunctional leadership, they should have known this was coming from afar.
