The best time to go is now!!!! I should've left a long time ago....starting to look and will be out soon....if you stay and think you're safe with a good job at any level, you're mistaken.....the house is burning down fast!!!! I'd like to see those aholes called mid and upper level management find new employment in this environment....right...for them, many are ready to retire and they have made so many miserable....what goes around comes around!!!! Remember that for sure!!! Evil bastards.
 






Best Part Time Job I ever had.....my manager doesn't have a clue.....he/she loves me...thinks I'm the greatest.....bringing in business however smart enough to know how much this place sucks....mid mgmt has been the problem for soooo longggg....funny thing is ...they don't give a crap....Fulvio...where are you??????...please save us!!!!!
 






Please tell me TH and BR are still not running things as directors?? What...a...joke if so. Those two clowns will never be able to find another job. Absolute jokes. And TH is a HR nightmare and always was.

Sorry, dreamer, the days of great company and great products are long gone! I'm outta here soon and can't wait to go! All the top reps are frustrated and miserable and looking for jobs for companies that will respect and appreciate them!

Unfortunately there really aren't any med/pharma companies out there that appreciate and respect their sales reps anymore. If there are, I've never heard of them. Good Luck- you'll need it.
 






I don't understand some of the negative comments. I love working here, and only hear positive things from the reps. This company is great to work for. Maybe former reps are posting this BS!!!
 






And that response is obviously posted by someone living in dreamland which would indicate either management or HR. I still work for this company but not for long. There are well run companies out there with innovative, functional, AVAiLABLE products who are hiring. Yes, they are demanding of their reps but the pay much better than this place and don't ask you to be an expert in 15 different areas. Here I feel like a jack of all trades and master of none!
The reps spend their days putting out fires all day caused by the mismanagement, leaving little or no time to actually go out and SELL!
 






WOW....café pharma....great!.... you've bowed to pressure by removing a post from yesterday am.....what ??? the truth is too much to handle?? yeah I'm a disgruntled employee that might have stated a few negative comments (however true) about mid mgmt., upper mgmt., and HR...I can tell you this for certain. The only positive comments on this page are definitely staged and are coming from mgmt. Seriously ....nobody at Bracco is happy and that includes mgmt., directors, and especially HR!!!!
Love it....will be out soon....and yeah I won't let the door hit me when I depart...the door's already off the hinges anyway!!
 
























Just a quick question for anyone who works at Bracco now. Are the contrast agents more cost effective than the competition? Just trying to get an idea if people are using Bracco over others due to the quality or if it is more a pricing thing. Thank you!
