I hate working at Merck because .....

Suck it up loser. Its a free country. Nobody is forcing anyone to stick around. You are greedy like the rest of us because you know nobody else in this world will pay you for doing nothing like Merck does.

because we have an idiot CEO and management that thinks 6-7 Keytruda reps per territory is a good idea and increases "share of voice. " Keytruda will become one of the main talking points by government in discussing drug price controls and exorbitant pricing of pharmaceuticals in this country.

The fact Merck has 6-7 reps per territory selling it will make it even look worse and create more fodder for politicians.

This company pioneered the primary care share of voice model and now the same idiots that grew up with that proven ineffective and stupid model run this company. What a waste of resources.

Most of what you say is true, but Merck didn't pioneer the primary care share of voice model, it was Pfizer and it was one of THE biggest mistakes the industry has made, Merck and all of the other lemmings just jumped off the cliff to follow Pfizer. That said Merck was responsible for the Vioxx fiasco, which forever damaged our industry.

Bunch of malcontents who like to whine and complain but continue to collect their paycheck...its pretty simple, you hate it here, LEAVE! Understood that many have limited skills and marketability, but where are your principles if this company is so bad? Go take a job that pays less if it will make you happy, get you away from a place you think is so bad. otherwise shut your pie hole!
